Every journey begins with a spark—a calling that grows into a purpose. For Kajal Chaudhary, that purpose emerged from the understanding that true wellness is not only about physical fitness, but about achieving mind–body–soul harmony. With over 16 years of experience as a yoga trainer and teacher, she witnessed how yoga and meditation can deeply impact lives, bringing healing, balance, and renewed confidence.

Her dedication to wellness has been recognized through awards for impactful workshops and social initiatives. Yet for Kajal, the real reward lies in seeing individuals leave her sessions feeling lighter, calmer, and more hopeful. This belief—that wellness should be accessible to all—led to the creation of BYC Fitness Foundation, a space where individuals come together to practice yoga, cultivate mindfulness, and pursue meaningful personal growth. Alongside her, Mr. Raghvesh Chaudhary, with over 29 years of experience, continues to guide the foundation with wisdom and depth.
