Since 2009, BYC Foundation has been dedicated to transforming lives through preventive healthcare, yoga, and holistic wellness. We work tirelessly to make health education and wellness accessible to schools, colleges, communities, women, and individuals across all age groups.

Our Journey & Impact

Over the past 17 years, we have conducted 5,000+ workshops, seminars, webinars, and awareness sessions, while delivering 10,000+ hours of teaching in yoga, meditation, therapeutic wellness, mental well-being, stress management, and lifestyle transformation.

Our team conducts 8–9 yoga and wellness classes every day, along with regular community workshops and weekend seminars, reaching thousands of people through both online and offline initiatives.

Healthy Future Project

Our flagship Healthy Future Project focuses on schools and colleges, where we educate young people about the prevention of rapidly increasing lifestyle disorders such as PCOD/PCOS, anemia, thyroid disorders, diabetes, obesity, and stress-related health conditions.

Through yoga, nutrition education, health awareness, and preventive lifestyle practices, we empower the next generation to make informed health choices before disease takes root.
