Promoting Health & Dignity

At BYC Foundation, our WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) initiative is dedicated to promoting health, dignity, and disease prevention through awareness, education, and community action. Through workshops in schools and communities, we empower children, adolescents, and women with the knowledge and resources needed to lead healthier lives.

Hygiene Workshop

Hygiene & Sanitation Awareness

We conduct regular hygiene and sanitation awareness programs, educating communities about safe drinking water, water contamination, and healthy hygiene practices. By teaching foundational hygiene habits early, we aim to prevent water-borne illnesses and promote a healthier environment for children and families.

Menstrual Health & Dignity

Menstrual health is an essential aspect of dignity and health for adolescents and women. To support this, we have distributed sanitary pads to schoolgirls and women in underserved communities. Our initiatives aim to break the stigma surrounding menstrual hygiene and provide women with the essential resources and guidance they need to care for themselves with confidence.

Looking Ahead

Looking ahead, BYC Foundation aims to expand its WASH initiatives by reaching more schools and underserved communities with menstrual hygiene awareness, clean water education, sanitation campaigns, and access to essential hygiene resources. Our vision is to build healthier communities where every individual has the knowledge, facilities, and confidence to practice safe hygiene, ensuring a healthier and more dignified future for all.
