On Sunday, June 21st, 2026, BYC Foundation gathered in the heart of South Delhi to mark the 12th International Day of Yoga. In keeping with our core mission—Build Your Community—the event was free, accessible, and welcomed participants of all backgrounds to join hands, breathe as one, and explore standard yoga protocols.

Event Milestones
A morning filled with positive energy and healthy practices designed for the local community.
- Guided Common Protocols: Lead teachers guided the crowd through gentle warm-ups (Suksma Vyayama) to standing and sitting yoga postures (Asanas).
- Pranayama & Meditation: Spent 30 minutes focusing strictly on breathing control (Anulom-Vilom, Kapalbhai) and tranquil mindfulness sessions.
- Certifications of Honor: Special recognition certificates for our guests and volunteers.
